Hi Listmates,
My family and I are going to Disney World in June and I am looking for
some recipes for things like muffins or bars that I can use for
breakfasts or snacks while I'm there. I would like these to be
something that is low in fat, gluten-free, and something that will hold
its texture and freshness in zip-lock style bags for about a week.
Anything you could forward me would be greatly appreciated.
Also, if anyone knows of specific foods in Disney World that are GF,
would you let me know? Thanks!
