Hi All--

I've not forgotten to post a summary to my sad state of not being able
to bake a decent loaf of gf bread. Everyone was so incredibly
responsive, with so many good thoughts, opinions, suggestions and
recipes, that I put together a summary which ended up being six pages
long! Oops! Not knowing I couldn't sent anything longer than 180 lines,
it was rejected. So....if anyone would like to have the summary of
resposes I received, all in one long file, I'll be glad to send it to
you - just let me know.

Thanks to everyone who gave so generously of their time to reply - and
for the humor! I won't mention names, but one person so sensitively
pointed out that perhaps I should find another abreviation for "bread
machine" and not use "bm." To that person, I laughed until tears rolled
down my face. And my apologies to the list for my faux pax!
