I found a great source of gluten free products by
accident. My wife, who is celiac, and I were in
Stratford, Ont. a couple of weeks ago and found a
products in one of the health markets. She bought
cranberry muffins. I had some, and they were just
like regular gluten loaded muffins. They were great.
We checked out the source and they come from a bakery
in Kitchener, Ontario.

we proceeded to visit one of their large customers in
Windsor, Ontario last week. They have loads of
products. If the rest of their products are as good,
you're in for a treat. She bought a pie, and other
muffins.

The company is El Peto Products, Ltd. 41 Shoemaker,
Kitchener, ON N2E 3G9 Telephone # 1.800.387.4064.

Loads of luck.
