In our health food store I ran across a rice product called "Mochi"It
is made with sweet brown rice.It is totally wheat and gluten free.The

out there has tried this and can you give me some recipes using this.I
have been told that if you break off a piece and put it in your waffle
iron that it makes a good pizza crust.It is 100% dairy free
