Dear listserve members,

I am cd and dh.. I have ben following the different list available.. I am
still hac new skin problems and other cd symptoms.. I appreciate all the
info I get from you..I think what is being used and working for others is
the best list.. I am taking care of my 85 year old mother and don't have
spare time.. Please let me know what you use along this lime....
