I thought I would share a breakfast idea.

When I was growing up we always had french toast on the weekend(one gg
beaten with a fork and a little bit of water or milk in a shallow bowl).
This tastes the same as I remember it with gluten free bread!
Especially if you are at the end of a loaf (not that the bread isn't dry
and crumbly to begin with!) you can just soak the bread a little bit
longer.  Fry in a frypan with a little oil or butter and top with
cinnamon or syrup.  You will forget you are eating gluten free!
