Having relied on Soy and Soy products in the past and still doing so, am
now concerned about Soy products because some folks here stay away from
them. In fact, some food labels say: "contains no soy," but of course do
not reference gluten intolerance.

So, how does Soy relate to G/F diet and to Celiac Disease? Personal
experiences, reliable theories?

Education much appreciated. :) LindaMF.
