I'm wondering if anyone on the list has had any success in contacting a
manufacturer or distributor of ports, amontillados, cream sherries or other
dessert sherries.  I have heard that they might possibly contain gluten
since they may be fortified with substances other than grapes.  So far I
have had no luck in finding phone numbers or addresses for these companies.

Do any of you regularly consume them, or know their gluten status?  (I'm
particularly interested in the brands that cost under $10.00 a bottle).
