Greetings, Fellow Celiacs & Friends,

The regular monthly meeting of CSA Tidewater Chapter #71 will
convene this coming Tuesday, September 21, 1999, at 7:00 p.m., Sentara
Norfolk General Hospital, A-Wing Conference Room.

We are extremely pleased to have Janice Powers, Registered
Dietitian, Mary Immaculate Hospital, Newport News, as our guest speaker.
Ms. Powers is not only knowledgeable and well-versed in living with
celiac sprue, she has recently gone to the local health food store to
buy gluten-free foods for a hospital patient! Now that's a dedicated
dietitian.

As always, free parking is provided in the Staff Parking Garage
opposite the Children's Emergency Entrance. Tell the attendant you're
going to the CSA Meeting. Park on the second deck and look for our
signs.

Each member is asked to bring their favorite stew or casserole to
share. Each dish must be accompanied by a copy of the recipe listing the
exact ingredients used. Without a listing of the exact ingredients, the
dish will not be served. We will not take a chance on questionable
ingredients being served at the meetings. Thank you for your
cooperation.

Desserts and beverages will be provided this month.

Good Health & Good Eating!!
