I am going on a business trip to Tokyo for one month shortly and am
curious as to how easy it is to get Gluten-free food there.  I would be
grateful to hear from anybody who has been to Tokyo and survived there
on a gluten free diet.

I have been told that all their food contains soya sauce which does
contain gluten.
