For several day I have been having dreams and not been able to sleep.
With having cd, I have never had a problem like this except about two
years ago. I have been this way since we got back from our Alaska trip
on July 13. I slept very well on the trip. Does anybody have any
suggestions on how to get some much needed rest. I also have a problem
when I get gluten in my system that my skin feels like it is infammed.
Do other people have the same symptons.
