Thanks for all your responses.  It seems I was just looking in the wrong
places.  The bun rings or pans are available at Ener-G Foods, The Gluten
Free Pantry, and King Arthur Flour.  Many suggested making them from
tuna cans or out of foil.  Thanks for all the help.
