Hi all,
I just got a new catalog from Nancy's Natural Foods in Oregon, and I see
that they are now selling several kinds of organic nuts and seeds and dried
fruit. Some of it is a little costly, but I've found their prices
reasonable compared to others and their mail order service good in the past.
I can personally vouch for the yumminess of #40810 Diced Organic Mixed Fruit
(peaches, apples, and pears), and the new products include:
raw organic almonds 16 oz for $6.15
raw organic walnut pieces 16 oz for 7.59
shelled organic pecans 16 oz for 7.99
organic sunflower seeds 16 oz for 1.49
white organic sesame seeds 8 oz for 1.50 or 16 oz for 3.00

Although it is primarily a gluten-free catalog and contains lots of grain
items, it does have a few nice things for us in it's 82 pages. If anyone is
interested, give them a buzz (toll-free phone number is 877-862-4457) and
they'll send you a catalog. BTW it is very detailed with listings of all
ingredients and whether an item is Kosher, dairy free etc...
