Try swapping breakfast and dinner. I try to eat a light dinner of fruit and
nuts or maybe a salad (just enough to prevent having to get up for a snack
in the middle of the night), and have a huge breakfast (meat, eggs,
vegetables etc).

I find this allows me a good night's sleep, and lots of energy throughout
the next day. I eat fruit and nuts throughout the day.

Fiber shouldn't be a problem on this diet. Vegetables and fruit have lots
of fiber.

I've always wondered whether the traditional nutritionist's love affair
with fibre is just a hang-over from the Kellog days, and the work of the
cereal grain marketing departments. (But I'm a complete cynic.)

Yum!

Nuts (especially walnuts for their w-3 fats) are good snacks too.
