Glad you found some good finds at TJ's and Whole Foods. We have them
both up here in Northern CA also. I'd be lost without them!

>Is anyone familiar with Wild Oats??

Wild Oats is much like Whole Foods. It has organic produce and lots of
health food stuff. There are things that I can find there that I don't
find at one of the other places. I tend to frequent Wild Oats more than
Whole Foods mostly bc it's more convenient for me. The best find from
there has been these dairy-free, egg-free, corn-free frozen waffles.
They do have a deli and meat counter and a salad bar that's nice. They
carry a lot of herbals and books too. I believe they have a web site,
but I'd have to look it up. They used to have one of those frequent
buyer type cards and would send out e-mail updates with web links.
