i know this feelingg all too well, denise!   i have been using ointments like
flexall and mineral ice to cool down whatever is swollen in my neck and
shoulders. it dulls the pain, but wiotthout the burn of ben gay or icy hot.

then my helpers lug me to the jacuzzi at the y.
