>NCD's goals for the conference are to:

>(1)     create a model conference that empowers youth with disabilities
>and their families by establishing a base of knowledge and contacts to
>facilitate on-going education and training which includes federal
>disability policy and disability civil rights laws, self-advocacy and

>other government supports and services, for youth participants and
>their families;

>(2)     involve youth with disabilities who reflect geographic,
