Hi Everyone,

I'm hoping someone will be able to help me resolve a Jaws 4.5 installation problem that a friend is having on her computer.

Unfortunately, I don't have all the details on how this problem started.  However, whenever we now attempt to install Jaws 4.5, the following message is spoken:  "This
copy of Jaws for Windows is not authorized to run in ETI".  Software speech then ceases.

Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this problem and have any suggestions for how to resolve it?

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
