Hi All,

Interesting to read this review, given that MSN Explorer is the program I
work on at Microsoft.  Let me start by saying you can get a copy of the
program from <http://explorer.msn.com>.

I'm most curious about the author's comments about having difficulty using
the e-mail compose process in MSN Explorer.  I can assure folks that all
the edit boxes for composing a message are properly identified.  In fact,
as the online help for the program details, they can be accessed with the
hot keys of alt-t for to, alt-j for subject and alt-m for message body.
Now the e-mail in MSN Explorer is similar to a web page so when using JAWS
or Window-Eyes one must go into what JAWS calls forms mode and turn MSAA
mode off in Window-Eyes.

I offer these comments not to dismiss the author's review but to explain
how to use the program.  Personally I still want to understand the actions
the author took to find the process more complicated than I know it is
intended to be and, especially when he's not getting labels for form
fields.  I can assure folks they are present.
