Here in Maine, some of the State agencies have begun to use interactive
electronic forms to allow web site visitors to complete and submit those
forms over the internet. One agency has been using a product called
OmniForm from ScanSoft to produce these forms. Like Adobe does with Acrobat
Reader, ScanSoft provides a free browser plug in program (OmniForm Filler)
that allows the user to view and complete these electronic forms.

My question is: does anyone know whether OmniForm Filler is accessible for
users of screen readers? Neither the agency staff person who created the
forms nor ScanSoft seem inclined to answer that question.
