Yes, On the more recent version of Lynx, versions 2.7 and 2.8 at least,
one can type the number of the page followed by a letter p with no spaces,
such as 43p to go directly to page, that is screen, 43.

Yes again.  Control e is end of document and control a is beginning of
document.  these and all other Lynx commands can be found in the Lynx key
map which can be obtained by pressing k in Lynx.  Also, a full
explanation of all commands is available in the Lynx manual, which like
all manuals should be thoroughly read to receive maximum benefit of the
application.  It is available online and is accessible to the blind.
