                             Tune in the World

The Kerbango Internet Radio When it comes to radio broadcasts, think
of the web as the world's largest antenna. Everyday, more than 4,000
broadcasts called audio streams are available to anyone who is online.
Kerbango has built the world's first, standalone Internet radio to
make it easy for anyone to enjoy the variety and diversity of these
broadcasts. What's out there? With an Internet radio, you can tune
into anything from the same local radio content you listen to today,
to the radio station from your hometown, to a ball game that's not
broadcast locally, to international news broadcasts in your native
tongue -- not to mention the very latest music. And many stations are
available only over the Internet, not on any AM/FM radio. But then the
Kerbango Internet Radio is not a conventional radio--- it just works
   like one AVAILABLE THIS SPRING!

                          Technical Specifications

                                  At Home
To use Kerbango's Internet Radio, just connect it to your home phone
line* or home network, and press the 'On' button. That's right, no
computer is needed. In seconds, you are connected to the Internet, and
the available stations are displayed by category: Rock & Roll,
Classical, Talk Radio, Country, Jazz, and dozens more. By using the
tuning knob in much in the way you use a regular radio, you select a
category. Individual stations or streams are then displayed. Tune to
the one you want to hear, and press 'Select'. The Kerbango radio
connects you to the stream and your broadcast begins. It's that
simple. If you have an always-on connection provided by a cable-modem,
DSL or ISDN line, then the radio can be left connected to the Internet
                               all the time.
                               Play MP3 Files
Your Internet radio can also be used to play back MP3 files stored on
your personal computer when both are on the same local area network
(LAN). Using the radio's easy, onscreen interface, select a directory
on your computer's hard drive containing your MP3 files. You then have
the option to play the files in order by name, date or even randomly,
with all the sound quality and convenience that makes MP3 so popular
                                   today.

                               Get Connected
The Kerbango Internet Radio design supports modem, Ethernet, and USB
connections. The USB port can be used to connect other forms of
networking such as HPNA or external storage, such as a USB hard drive
or portable MP3 player. Stereo outputs can be connected to a larger
audio system, and a headphone jack is provided for private listening.
Radio That Gets Better Every Time You Turn It On
Your Kerbango tuner always stays up to date with the latest stations,
newest music, and current events because every time you turn your
radio on it communicates with the Kerbango Tuning Service (KTS). KTS
is a sophisticated database that stores information about all the
stations that Kerbango finds on the Internet. Each stream is carefully
screened for broadcast quality. Once it's added to the available
stations, special automated programs, called StreamBots(TM),
continually check the station's transmission quality and reliability.
The combination of this information is available via the exclusive
   Kerbango Q-Meter(TM). The Q-Meter displays a station's expected signal
quality before you tune it in. StreamBots also detect when a station
changes its location on the web, updating the KTS database, and
ensuring that your tuning experience is always smooth and seamless.
                             Positive Feedback
In most ways using the Kerbango Internet Radio is very much like using
the AM/FM radios you are used to. In one very important way it is
different. Radio over the Internet is by nature two-way. Need more
information on the song you are listening to? Just ask for it. Want to
buy concert tickets for the artist that's on now? Just press the
information button to find out how. Can't remember the phone number of
the company whose ad you just heard? It's just a click away. The
Kerbango Internet Radio makes it easy to get the information you want
when you want it. Yet another way Internet radio improves your
                           listening experience.
*An ISP service, either dial-up or broadband is required. However
there is no incremental fee for radio service from Kerbango.
