Aloha, y'all!

Are you planning on asking Santa to stuff your stocking with a new computer? Do
you need Hanukkah Harry to replace your hard drive? Confused by all the hype
and terminology? Well, then, saddle up your reindeer and head on over to the
Auditorium of Selis Manor at 6pm today!

Today's general membership meeting will feature an informal presentation by a
founding member of VICUG NYC, Pete Mikochik, webmaster, innkeeper, and
technologist extraordinaire.

"Informal?" you ask? Why informal? Well, Virginia, December is traditionally
the month that VICUG NYC reserves for it's annual holiday party, where members
can mingle and learn more about fellow members, while munching on free food...
Pete has graciously offered to forego first dibs at the refreshments in order
to field your questions about buying a computer, arming you with the knowledge
you need to be an informed consumer before making what may well be the most
important purchase of your life...

So, come to Selis Manor TODAY, Tuesday, December 14, bring a friend, and your
own special brand of holiday cheer--whatever that holiday may be!

Oh, and did I mention the free food and drink?
