Welcome to the Blind Citizens Australia Computer Users Group of Victoria
list.
To join the list send a message to [log in to unmask] leave the
Subject line blank and in the body of the message put subscribe
followed by your email address. To leave the list send a message to
[log in to unmask] and leave the Subject blank. In the body of the
message put unsubscribe followed by your email address. To send
messages to the list use the address [log in to unmask]
The purpose of the list is to enable communication between members of
the BCA Computer Users Group of Victoria. However you certainly don't have
to be
a member of this group to join the list. Messages relating to adaptive
technology and general questions about computer hardware and software
are also welcome.
Here are a few rules for the list:
1. Please don't send attachments to the list. If you have an attachment
you think people could be interested in mention it on the list so
people can write to you off the list and request the attachment.
2. When forwarding messages to the list please try to delete unnecessary
information in the message header. However you should include the line
indicating the list the original message was sent to and the line which
indicates who the message is from. Also please delete any information
that may be at the end of messages about the list where the message
originally came from.
3. Please don't quote an entire message and say something like "I agree"
or "me too". If you agree with a message on the list it's probably
better to write privately to the person who sent the message.
