renee, welcome to the list. both the American Council of the Blind and
the National federation of the blind have web sites. Their home pages are
http://www.acb.org and http://www.nfb.org respectively. Acb has
announced plans to stream parts of its convention directly onto the
Internet. Go to the convention link on the ACB home page. There you will
find a live audio link as well as a convention schedule. I would suspect
that general sessions will most likely be streamed. Look for more
material a few weeks after the conventions.
