Go to this URL where you will find a whole folder full of pointers and cursors

www.dolphinusa/cursors/index/htm
I put the folder in the windows\cursors folder and then chose which ones I
wanted to use by going to the mouse icon in the control panel and selecting the
pointers tab and proceed to choose what you like.
