As you may know, I developed a PDF to text converter that can be run from
a DOS prompt under windows (http://www.empowermentzone.com/pdf2txt.zip).
I've tested it under Windows 95 and 98. Someone informed me that it does
not work under Windows NT. I'd like also to know whether it works under
Windows 3.1, but don't have access to a machine to test this with. If
anyone can do so and let me know, I'd appreciate it. I plan to issue a
revised version with additional documentation that clarifies its
limitations and suggests work-arounds for some of the problems people have
encountered. The actual conversion code will be the same (I did not write
it myself besides a DOS batch file; I just combined various open source
utilities), so if it's working for you already, there'll be no need for
another 3 meg download!

Jamal
