I recently updated my G2 plus, and since then none of my links which I
formally used work.  The tech support area on the real.com page is somewhat
difficult to use.  I emailed someone there, but received a reply which
stated that I had not reached tech support.  Any thoughts on why these
presets no longer work?  I understand that some of them could be outdated,
but all of them?  Thanks for any help.  Cathy Close
