I am going to do some research on the history of laws for the
disabled. I am writing to this list to get some leads that will
send me down the right track.
I inquired about the GI Bill of Rights, figuring that maybe there
was something in that for disabled World War II vets, but found
   nothing.
Next, I am going to look into the history of the Veterans
Administration, which I believe goes back to the end of the first
   World War.
Am I on the right track? Does anybody know of laws or provisions
made for blinded World War Two vets?
   Thank you for any feed-back.
