2. At the last VICUG NYC Executive Committee Meeting in March, I, as
Minister of Propaganda for the organization was asked to give the
membership at least a week's advance notice of upcoming General Membership
Meetings, to which I readily agreed. Unfortunately, my computer had ideas
of its own, and as a result of its work stoppage, I have been offline since
shortly after returning from that very EC meeting. A coincidence? Draw
your own conclusions. In the meantime, please accept my humblest apologies
(and believe me, after the past few weeks, I'm nothing, if not
humbled--well, ok, I'm also frustrated, but that's another story entirely)
for not getting this notice out to you sooner!
