To use the right refresh rate check the manual of your
monitor for the different resolutions (e.g. 640x480 (most if
the time 72/75 hz and 800x600 most of the time 85hz) because
resolution and refresh rate are related you should choose a
different refresh rate for optimal results setting your
refresh rate to optimal can give problems with directx
hardware support if you have a older program (game) that
want to switch back to 60hz refresh rate.
