True, and again, not so true <g>.  If the info you are seeking is
"confidential" in nature which the original posters query doesn't fall into,
what you have stated is correct.  OTOH, if the info is confidential, they
will e-mail you the response to the query.  The drawback in using the
message board is that "you" are responsible for checking for the answer(s)
to your query. I speak from numerous  experiences with WD and I know that
you have had business contact with them as well.  In either event, the
correct info has been posted.  Thanks for the additional info.  :-)
