Interested in comments on the Alton M599LMR motherboard.

Good, bad, average, hate.....?

Especially interested in the V.90 56K Momdem - Performance? Reliability? I
am a BIG hater of software/win modems, but in the zeal of my clients who
want cheaper systems/upgrades have considered this board. All systems
built now use an ISA based Acer HARDWARE modem, and no problems. I
can just see the grief from these based on other experiences, but am willing
to listen to comments.

All sytems would use K6-2/K6-3 CPU's.

Comments on the Ethernet side along the same lines too. Is it based in
software or hardware based? Too bad they didn't use 10 Base 2 as well. Oh
well.
