If they are running their web browsers through a special proxy
setup to handle the firewall issue, they will need to mirror the
settings used in Netscape or Internet Exlporer for HTTP connections.

The newest version out now, v1.05 of SETI for Windows allows
for special port configurations.  That may solve the issue if the
web browser is porting out different than PORT 80.
