First thing to try is clocking your chip back to 333. If that clears the
problem up, your system isn't stable at 417. Could also be a bios problem,
I had a 486 machine back in the day (Zeos Pantera) that wouldn't reboot
without termination of power.
If clocking your chip correctly fixes the problem, and you're dying to
overclock, I would add more cooling.
