www.betaos.com has a link to newer drivers (ver 3.69) on their news page.

I gained a few frames/sec in Quake3 over the 3.67 drivers. I think they are
also supposed to support SMP better. I can verify that they do work under
SMP although I don't know if it's better/worse than previous versions.

Try these drivers. They are the 3.66 NVIDIA Reference drivers
for Win 2000. See the readme zipped inside for instructions.
These drivers should work for your Diamond TNT.
