i could , provide you with slices of liver dried at low temperature ( below
40 degree celsius ) from lambs and occasionelly beefs, both animals grass
or hay fed and small amounts of organic feeds. for beef ( grains and by
product of cold press organic oils).
The quality will be there but i might be limited in quantity.
