I'm in my mid-thirties and have recently started the neanderthin program. desire to lose about 30 pounds. After reading through the archives, it seems that many men have been successful at shedding pounds and improving their health. Numerous archives, however, indicated that women have difficulty losing on the plan and may even gain weight. I am interested in hearing any success stories/tips from women on the plan regarding weight loss and health.

Also, I usually eat dinner very late b/c of my work schedule. Hence in the AM, I am just not hungry enough to eat meat or eggs. Since protein powders are out on the plan, I have just been having 3-4 tablespoons of freshly ground flaxseed mixed with water and a few raspberries/blueberries. I find that the flaxseed helps make up for the lack of fiber from cutting out all grains. I am also trying to limit myself to lower carb fruits ie plums and berries. Any thoughts or help would be most appreciated.
