But the 10,000 years for grains is only for those from the Near East. Do we
even have any of this list? Those that are Irish, Scottish, or Scandinavian
it's more like 2,000 years, and until recently no where near the quantity
that people eat now. Not a very long time frame. Dairy for them is longer.
For Spain maybe 5,000 years.
