The only reason it says not to refrigerate is that is becomes
semi-solid/cloudy at those temperatures, but this doesn't affect the oil's
qualities in any way. I buy olive oil in large quantities at Sam's club to
save $, then store it in the fridge until I need to decant some into the
small bottle I keep near the stove. Simply let it return to room temp to
use as liquid.
