        Find out.
>why is blood type so important?

There are two books about it right now. And the Japanese are making quite
a study of it. It gives a clue as to your evolutionary weaknesses. EG,
type O, the oldest of the blood types, need a lot of red meat to feel well.
They don't do well on grains or milk.

>i'm taking brewer's yeast tablets...two a day. is that enough?
You are prob. allergic to yeast. Do you get a stuffynose after taking them?

>how soon will i begin to feel better on a gluten-free diet?
>
three days. Wheat makes me feel tired, sleepy and cold. Allow three for
bowel probs.

We will also want to know your ethnic history.
