wow muriel..what a soup!
i'm not sure what my blood type is...but it's not rare. this much i know.
why is blood type so important?

i'm taking brewer's yeast tablets...two a day. is that enough?
how soon will i begin to feel better on a gluten-free diet?

thanks,
arlene
ps..i know i'm supposed to delete a lot of the message that went before,
but
i feel so guilty deleting that great soup recipe!!
next time i will if it's a 'have to'...
