According to the Raw Chosen, Adam was offered a _baked_ apple ;) Perhaps
according to the Paleo Chosen, he was offered a baked apple with cream, or
perhaps a slice of apple pie with added dextrose and BHT. ;) (I sometimes
wonder whether the apple wasn't really the neo-cortex ;))

There is a group of rawists (the Essenes) who believe that the Dead Sea
Scrolls reveal that Jesus was a raw vegetarian who was preaching sprouts as
well as compassion--of course, the Vatican would withhold such offensive
stuff from lowly public. (This info offered in the spirit of public service
and the National Enquirer ;))
