Hi All:
I am new to the list.  Here is some basic info on me.

Name: David Ciotola
Town: Hubbard, Ohio 2 hours south of Cleveland

Diagnosis: Spastic diplegia CP (Hemi-Kids people don't yell at me, I still
want to belong to your list)
Surgeries I've had related to CP: Spinal fusion-6/11/98 and hamstring
release 6/21/94.  I have had other surgeries not related to CP.
