no you still have to use a sanitary napkin when you get your period, and 2,
my friend who uses one, has a release button on her wheelchair so she can
empty the container in the grass if nobody is around to help.

that's my entire knowledge on this subject, plus, oh yes, you will be more
subject to urinary tracy and bladder infections.
