Hello,
I need to buy a storage drive within the next few days. I intend to use it
mainly for backing up important files, but also to transfer files to other
computers. I've narrowed down my choices to either the Castlewood Orb 2.2
GB parallel port drive, which is currently selling for $200, or one of the
Iomega Drives (either the 100 MB USB drive for $130 or the 250 MB Parallel
Port Drive for $200). Test results from PC World indicate that the
Castlewood drive is the most favorable out of numerous storage drives, both
in the sense of speed and cost. The only drawback seems to be that it's
a new product, and not many people own them.
The url for the the tests is as follows:

Has anyone had any experience with the Castlewood drive? Are they
reliable? Also, does anyone know of similar drives that can compare with
the performance and cost of the Orb drive?
TIA,
Sunil Bector
