My understanding of a paleo food is a food in its naturel state unprocessed
, whole, raw . Every thing requiring an artifice like dairy (domestification
of animal) or have been so selected thru breeding that lost lot of the
caracteristics of their ancestors (like wheat) or require processing (oils,
flour etc...)
Grains in my framework are not excluded per se but because of the naturel
unavaibility of them in quantity and because in its raw sprouted state
can't be addictive ,end up a very small proportion of the diet.
My paleo idea is going to before cooking. Each one have a different time
reference to refer to.
