I'm a new "subber," delurking momentarily...

I've been meaning to ask about d'Adamo's "Eat Right 4 Your Type"
system. It appears to me that the the Paleo diet is very similar to
what he recommends for Type O, while he feels that the vegetarian
lifestyle is most suited to type A. Could it be that, like
vegetarianism, Paleo-ism may only benefit some, but not all?
(I'm asking this mainly out of curiosity, though neither of the above
concerns really apply to me. I'm a type AB who is following the SCD
diet - which, in a "nutshell," is Paleo + cultured dairy - for my
Crohn's disease, and doing extremely well, thank G-d. I find the
ER4YT idea interesting, but I'm kind of skeptical about it...

PS - I'm having a ball reading all the stuff at beyondveg.com - thanks
to whoever provided the link!... I have a close friend who is a
life-long vegan "natural hygiene" type, so I can really appreciate
what that site's all about. I forwarded the link to the SCD list and
they're lovin' it over there...
