I have a good handheld blender (by Bamix -search Bamix for their website).
I make what the kids call Icecream by blending blueberries, juice of one
orange and a banana. Sometimes we leave out the banana and add an egg or
use coconut milk instead of the juice...etc.
A food processor would probably work too.
