Okay,

Don't think I am strange (I am of course!) I breast fed both of my children
for about 18 months each... And yes I tasted my breast milk when I first
started...And yes I can believe that there is a high carbo content since it
had a very sweet taste to it! The fat content was unbelievable. When I did
occasionally pump the cream would rise to the top and take up about 2/3 of the
total content! Just thought I would share!

If somebody begs me I will scan a page which shows the composition of
breast milk. I am really busy right now.

The two major neurotransmitters involved in preventing
depression are serotonin and norepinephrine. You can manipulate
these by providing their amino acid precursors.
